It was a pleasure working with the Wendt Team! Everyone was professional and were always available to answer questions. They were able to work with us to understand the complexities of our business from a process perspective and figuring out how to get HubSpot to a place to help with that.

Overall Positive Experience

We are a brand new adopter of not only HubSpot but also a CRM and the Wendt team made our onboarding, training and integration very seamless. The project managment was solid, the training was excellent and the team is great to work with. The API integration has taken longer than expected, though primarily due to a lack of cooperation/coordination on the other end of the integration. The team has stuck with it and continues to fine tune the programming and I am fully confident we will get what we want. We've enjoyed working with every member of the team. Jimmy in training, Bachot in the integration, Patricio, Luis, Nataly have all been outstanding

Project completed but had some hurdles that could have been avoided with better communication up front

The Wendt team was very positive and we appreciated their attitude and support throughout the process. They were extremely solid on the data transfer and setting up fields in HubSpot. The struggle primarily came with creating quoting templates and Quotivity finalization. Specifically the miss on quoting templates was Wendt asking for examples and then just taking those and trying to replicate it vs. doing a call to understand what we wanted out of Quotivity. This created extra work and duplicates that were not aligned to what we wanted built. This would have been avoided with a call to align prior to Wendt just running with our legacy examples which we were clear we wanted changed for our new process. Overall happy with the experience, only other thing is it went 60 days longer than we wanted and has set us behind on our adoption and rollout, however that will not negatively impact us so glad we got it right. Thanks!

Seamless HubSpot Implementation with an Incredible Team

Working with Wendt Partners on our HubSpot Marketing Suite implementation was such a positive experience from start to finish. Their team brought a strong mix of organization, expertise, and support that made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Nataly was truly a standout. She was a breath of fresh air to work with and always a pleasure to meet with. She is extremely knowledgeable and it was clear she had experience working with manufacturing companies. She understood how our industry operates and was able to apply that knowledge in a way that made our implementation much easier and more effective. We also really appreciated the support from Camilo and Patricio, who consistently checked in and made sure everything was running as it should. That level of communication and care made a big difference for our team. We will definitely miss working with Nataly and the Wendt team. If anyone is looking for a partner to support a HubSpot implementation or similar project, I would confidently recommend Wendt Partners. Great team, great knowledge, and a genuinely great experience.

Great team full of knowledge!

The entire group was great to work with, from Doug during our early initial conversations to Patricio, Nataly, and Camilo during our implementation and training! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend working with this team experts. Nataly was our implementation specialist who took the time to understand how we wanted to use HubSpot and made her own recommendations. She was always on top of tasks and made sure we were aware of what was expected from us for the following meeting.

A very knowledgeable and responsible team

We enjoyed working with Cherine, Jimmy and Celine on the implementation and training phases. This was a bit of a complex data transition and they were able to help us in a smoothly way. HubSpot can be a monster in an amazingly good way! My recommendation, sit down and plan the goals, understand the processes and time allocations.

Wendt provided stellar training for our advanced needs

As we moved into the advance stages of our HubSpot usage, we hired on Wendt to help us. They were very responsive to our needs and provided us with reporting capabilities, dashboard help and a host of other issues we were having like workflow errors. This team provided us with the support we needed to become experts in our HubSpot platform. When an issue arose - missed meetings, communications breakdowns - Doug and team stepped up to make it right, so we couldn't be angry. We're definitely going to use them again as we continue to grow in our HubSpot CRM.

Everyone from the Wendt team was very responsive and knowledgeable. Camila helped establish our HubSpot environment and Jimmy handled our training. Patricio, Doug and Meagan checked in with us along the way. Jimmy took extra time to answer our questions and allowed us hands on training exercises.
