They were very responsive to our needs and provided us with reporting capabilities, dashboard help and a host of other issues we were having like workflow errors. When an issue arose - missed meetings, communications breakdowns - Doug and team stepped up to make it right, so we couldn't be angry. Seamless HubSpot Integration and Expert Guidance: How Wendt Partners Transformed Our Marketing Operations

Our marketing team was at a crossroads. We had been using Pardot (now Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) for years, and while it was a solid tool, we needed a more robust marketing system to elevate our efforts. After transitioning our website from FMG Suite to HubSpot CMS, we were blown away by HubSpot’s ease of use and exceptional customer experience. Moving to HubSpot Marketing Hub felt like the natural next step. However, sunsetting Pardot and integrating HubSpot with Salesforce presented challenges, particularly for our Sales and IT teams. The integration process revealed unexpected complexities, such as syncing Salesforce opportunities with HubSpot deals, contacts, and properties. Matching properties was especially tricky, and that’s where Wendt Partners came in. Their team was instrumental in guiding us through the process. They worked closely with our IT team, addressing technical questions that our marketing team couldn’t answer on our own. Diego Hernandez was a standout—patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through the mapping and syncing process step by step, ensuring we understood every detail. We gained so much insight from his guidance. Additionally, Jimmy Izquierdo and Camilo Avila elevated our marketing team’s HubSpot expertise to new heights. The extra 10 training sessions they provided were invaluable, significantly enhancing our understanding and use of HubSpot’s capabilities. Shining the torch

Thanks Jimmy for shinng the torch down the HubSpot tunnel. It helps when someone as well travelled in HubSpot can show us the way. What we enjoyed was your effort to customise your approach to meet our particular needs, whilst at the same time showcasing what HubSpot can offer us. You don't know what you don't know until someone shows you, and you did just that. As discussed, a blended approach between HubSpot setup and training would be our preferred approach given the opportunity again.

Great resource

We have had a great experience with Wendt Partners for HubSpot onboarding. We are about to sign up for another set of training sessions for our new employees and to serve as a refresher for our existing sales team.
