Decent for sending surveys but terrible integration with HubSpot makes viewing results a confusing mess
I have no idea how to view the survey monkey results in HubSpot - the link is not intuitive when it comes to results outside of Survey Mondey

Functional but limited - connection issues resolved with help, though full features require Service Hub upgrade and even after upgrade some question types don't transfer properly.
It works. We initially couldn’t establish the connection, but after getting assistance, we were able to resolve the issue. The connection will appear in the historical contact timeline, and we can query it as needed. However, we can’t access survey response analytics unless we have Service Hub. Additionally, not all survey questions can be transferred into HubSpot. Still need improvement.
With the basic HubSpot (without Service Hub), we can still view historical events on a contact record and run queries on that data. This visibility is helpful for employees when evaluating responses.
We need Service Hub to access analytics. The connection itself isn’t perfect, as HubSpot cannot import the NPS layout from SurveyMonkey, and it also doesn’t support radio‑button questions that include an “Other (please specify)” option.
