Laura has been excellent to work with throughout the HubSpot onboarding process. She has been responsive, patient and highly knowledgeable, particularly when helping us navigate CRM structure, imports, properties and reporting requirements. What stood out most was her ability to explain technical areas within Deals Object and Property's in a clear and practical way, which made the transition from Zoho to HubSpot much easier to manage. Laura was always approachable, proactive in finding solutions and supportive whenever issues arose during the implementation process. Overall, it has been a very positive experience and Laura’s guidance has helped build confidence in how we structure, manage and develop HubSpot for the business moving forward.
