Both Ryan and James delivered our onboarding to HubSpot and were both incredibly helpful to get us started on this platform. No question was too silly and they were able to explain everything clearly and concisely to our level of understanding. They were both very supportive throughout the onboarding process and helped us feel capable of using some quite complex systems. We will really miss our sessions with them both! Great ongoing support

Really satisfied with Mansha and David’s support. As we implemented HubSpot in our company successfully, there were still a lot of questions around how to navigate the system. Mansha has been a great support along the way – very responsive and open to new ideas, but also able to suggest better ways of solving issues based on her experience. She’s always keen to jump on a call and walk us through any problems. I’ve really enjoyed working together so far, and our system and data already look much better.

Onboarding that exceeded expectations with flexibility and openness

The onboarding experience with ProsperoHub clearly exceeded my expectations. I initially expected a more rigid and structured process, the kind where you go through point 1, then point 2, then point 3 without much room for adaptation. The reality was completely different. From the very beginning, there was a genuine openness to explore the topics that were most relevant to us, adjusting the sessions to our questions and priorities at each stage. Whenever I asked to dive deeper into a specific subject or go off the planned agenda, the team was always fully available and flexible. It was a truly personalized experience, and that made all the difference in how effectively we were able to get the most out of HubSpot.

Onboarding with Laura! HubSpot Training and Implementation Support

Over the course of the HubSpot implementation which we started in January, Laura was very engaged in the training and development process. We had regular weekly meetings which allowed us to work through the system set up/different system processes step by step, ensuring that most of the platfrom was understood before moving forward. where we were able to learn and question at the same time. Between sessions Laura went away with small prices of "homework" as well as giving ourselves small pieces to do in-between. This worked quite well as it encouraged hands on learning and allowed questions to come up naturally from real use. During the sessions, Laura was proactive in asking questions regarding what we needed as a business and how we would be using HubSpot (we had a very niece set up and required changing quite a bit of the object and have a lot of custom properties). If there were any questions from ourselves which Laura was unsure about, she would go away and consistently followed up by researching the answer thus not giving us incorrect information. We also had weekly topics which we covered in the training sessions. Most of which we would always have questions about. From the company’s perspective, Laura was also very friendly and engaging throughout the training process. She approached each session with a positive attitude, which made the collaboration easy and productive for everyone involved. Overall the training process has been very collaborative and productive, Laura's Willingness to engage with ourselves to learn how our company worked and gave really good feedback on how we could optimise our HubSpot portal.
