W zeszłym roku objąłem nową rolę w mojej firmie i jednym z moich natychmiastowych projektów było znalezienie narzędzia CRM, którego moglibyśmy użyć do ulepszenia strony wsparcia biznesu i skalowania wraz z biznesem. Wylądowałem na HubSpot i zostałem przedstawiony zespołowi Attacat, z którym wspaniale się pracowało. Dostarczyli nam wskazówek podczas wdrażania zespołu wsparcia, a wkrótce także zespołu sprzedaży. Kate pomogła skonfigurować nasze formularze i odpowiedziała na wiele pytań, gdy uczyłem się HubSpot, a wkrótce poprowadzi szkolenie z zespołem sprzedaży. Stevie prowadził projekt, gdy zaczynaliśmy i wróci, aby pomóc od strony technicznej. Otrzymujemy cotygodniowe aktualizacje statusu oraz bardzo szybkie notatki ze spotkań i nagrania. Bardzo się cieszę, że wszyscy ze mną pracujecie nad wprowadzeniem tego CRM w życie dla Horseware Ireland.

We've been working with Attacat for nearly a year now.
