Frustrerende problemer med kontaktnavigation trods løbende supportindsats for at løse problemer med SMS-beskeder
vi har problemer med at skulle søge i kontakten i stedet for at kunne klikke ind på kontakten, vi modtager en meddelelse om en sms fra en klient. Der har været så meget frem og tilbage med sinch for at få dette løst

Fungerer rigtig godt med fantastiske funktioner
Det fungerer rigtig godt. Der er nogle få funktioner, som ikke er tilgængelige i HubSpot, men som er gode i Sinch Engage, f.eks. planlagt afsendelse.
