Other than syncing with your existing contacts, if Zendesk ticket requesters aren't able to match up with existing contacts, they'll automatically be added as new contacts in HubSpot.

Les intégrations cessent de fonctionner après quelques jours et je dois alors tout réinstaller.

Ne perdez pas votre temps. Utilisez plutôt Zapier
Nous voulions utiliser cette application pour que notre équipe d'assistance travaillant dans Zendesk puisse envoyer des tickets à notre équipe de vente travaillant dans HubSpot. L'application a fonctionné quelques fois, puis la connexion s'est interrompue, entraînant des erreurs de serveur interne 500. Zendesk et HubSpot nous ont tous deux demandé de contacter l'autre société pour obtenir de l'aide. Nous avons finalement supprimé l'application et créé notre propre intégration à l'aide de Zapier.
