AskNicely
AskNicely is going well so far and allowing us to close loops with customers and improve our relationships with our customers.
We want to measure the success of our customer service team and service in general.
It is intuitive and easy to use.
I would like an integration to send surveys directly through Intercom.

Non è possibile utilizzare il report HS per la sincronizzazione con AskNicely
È un buon strumento. Lo abbiamo usato per oltre un anno e siamo soddisfatti del prodotto.

Impostatelo e lasciatelo funzionare per voi.
Non è possibile sincronizzare i rapporti HS. Dobbiamo utilizzare le liste di HS, che al momento hanno delle limitazioni, per ottenere i dati di base da sincronizzare con AskNicely. Questo ha creato molti problemi e non siamo ancora riusciti a trovare una soluzione (dopo 2 settimane dall'attivazione dell'integrazione). Abbiamo solo bisogno di sincronizzare 5 campi tra i due sistemi e sta diventando sempre più difficile farlo.
