AskNicely
AskNicely is going well so far and allowing us to close loops with customers and improve our relationships with our customers.
We want to measure the success of our customer service team and service in general.
It is intuitive and easy to use.
I would like an integration to send surveys directly through Intercom.

Not able to use HS report to sync with AskNicely
It's a good tool. We used it for over a year already and we're happy with the product.
NPS surveys
Set it up and let it run for you.
Not being able to sync HS reports. We have to use HS lists which have limitations at the time to get basic data on sync with AskNicely. This has created lots of issues and we haven't been able to find a solution to them yet (after 2 weeks of turning the integration on). We just need to sync 5 fields between both systems and it's getting harder and harder to do.
