AskNicely
AskNicely is going well so far and allowing us to close loops with customers and improve our relationships with our customers.
We want to measure the success of our customer service team and service in general.
It is intuitive and easy to use.
I would like an integration to send surveys directly through Intercom.

HS-raporttia ei voi käyttää synkronointiin AskNicelyn kanssa.
Se on hyvä väline. Olemme käyttäneet sitä jo yli vuoden ja olemme tyytyväisiä tuotteeseen.
NPS-kyselyt
Määritä se ja anna sen toimia puolestasi.
HS-raportteja ei voi synkronoida. Meidän on käytettävä HS-luetteloita, joilla on tällä hetkellä rajoituksia, jotta voimme synkronoida perustiedot AskNicelyn kanssa. Tämä on aiheuttanut paljon ongelmia, emmekä ole vielä löytäneet niihin ratkaisua (kun integraatio on otettu käyttöön 2 viikkoa sitten). Meidän on vain synkronoitava 5 kenttää molempien järjestelmien välillä, ja se on yhä vaikeampaa ja vaikeampaa.
