AskNicely

AskNicely is going well so far and allowing us to close loops with customers and improve our relationships with our customers.

What problem are you trying to solve?

We want to measure the success of our customer service team and service in general.

What do you like?

It is intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

I would like an integration to send surveys directly through Intercom.

Kan ikke bruke HS-rapporten til å synkronisere med AskNicely

Det er et godt verktøy. Vi har brukt det i over et år allerede, og vi er fornøyde med produktet.

Konfigurer den og la den kjøre for deg.

What do you dislike?

Ikke i stand til å synkronisere HS-rapporter. Vi må bruke HS-lister som har begrensninger for å få grunnleggende data synkronisert med AskNicely. Dette har skapt mange problemer, og vi har ikke klart å finne en løsning på dem ennå (etter 2 uker med å slå på integrasjonen). Vi trenger bare å synkronisere 5 felt mellom begge systemene, og det blir vanskeligere og vanskeligere å gjøre.
