Funziona come pubblicizzato. Vorrei una maggiore integrazione con l'HelpDesk.
Sembra più favorevole alle chat di vendita che all'assistenza, ma siamo grati di vedere la conversazione in chat associata ai contatti esistenti.
Le chat vengono abbinate correttamente ai contatti esistenti quando sono note informazioni sufficienti.
Non esiste un percorso chiaro per creare un ticket in HubSpot da Intercom, almeno per quanto riguarda la nostra istanza.
