Works as advertized. Would like more HelpDesk integration.
It seems more supportive of sales chat that Support, but we're grateful to see the chat convo being associated with existing contacts.
Chat's are properly matched to existing contacts when sufficient information is known.
Not a clear path to create a ticket in HubSpot from Intercom, at least that we have been able to implement in our instance.
