Werkt zoals geadverteerd. Zou meer HelpDesk-integratie willen.
Het lijkt meer ondersteuning te bieden voor verkoopchat dan voor Support, maar we zijn dankbaar dat de chatconvo wordt gekoppeld aan bestaande contacten.
Chatberichten worden goed gekoppeld aan bestaande contacten als er voldoende informatie bekend is.
Er is geen duidelijk pad om vanuit Intercom een ticket aan te maken in HubSpot, tenminste dat hebben we in onze instantie kunnen implementeren.
