長い評価の後、私たちはCRMとしてHubSpotを採用することに決めました。私たちはSuperOfficeからの移行だったので、移行を代行してくれるパートナーが必要でした。Elixierはこのタスクを遂行し、すべての古いデータを新しいシステムに移行することができました。ただ、古いシステムをそのままコピーするのではなく、ベストプラクティスの例をもっと見たかったです。加えて、フィードバックがやや遅かったこともありましたが、タスクは予定通り完了し、今では多くの新しい可能性を秘めたCRMで仕事ができるようになりました。
