In 2024, we called on Anthony and Thomas from Elixir for 2 key projects: the migration from Dynamics to HubSpot, and the connection between HubSpot and Sage 100. The main objective was to centralize our CRM, contact tracking, quotation management (via Sage), and emailing, all within a fluid ecosystem. Thomas helped us with the data migration, as well as setting up workflows and a simple method for visualizing customer milestones, managing reminders and structuring our sales cycle. As for Sage 100, we wanted to continue generating our sales quotations there, while ensuring efficient synchronization with HubSpot: automatic creation of transactions, as well as one-click sending of new business captured via our sites from HubSpot to Sage. This two-pronged project has resulted in a clear improvement in business monitoring and fluidity between our tools. During the implementation, the Elixir team took the time to learn about our company and way of working and how best to format the product we are using today. After a lengthy evaluation, we decided in favour of HubSpot as our CRM. We came from SuperOffice and needed a partner who could take over the migration for us. Elixier fulfilled this task and we were able to transfer all the old data to the new system. At one point or another, we would have liked to have seen more examples of best practice, as we didn't just want to copy the old system. In addition, the feedback was sometimes rather slow, but the task was completed as schedule and we can now work with a functioning CRM with a lot of new possibilities.
