Implementação bem-sucedida

Após uma longa avaliação, optamos pela HubSpot como nosso CRM. Vínhamos do SuperOffice e precisávamos de um parceiro que pudesse assumir a migração para nós. A Elixier cumpriu essa tarefa e conseguimos transferir todos os dados antigos para o novo sistema. Em um momento ou outro, gostaríamos de ter visto mais exemplos de práticas recomendadas, pois não queríamos apenas copiar o sistema antigo. Além disso, o feedback às vezes era bastante lento, mas a tarefa foi concluída conforme o cronograma e agora podemos trabalhar com um CRM funcional com muitas novas possibilidades.
