Succesfuld implementering

Efter en lang evaluering besluttede vi os for HubSpot som vores CRM. Vi kom fra SuperOffice og havde brug for en partner, der kunne overtage migreringen for os. Elixier løste denne opgave, og vi kunne overføre alle de gamle data til det nye system. På et eller andet tidspunkt ville vi gerne have set flere eksempler på best practice, da vi ikke bare ville kopiere det gamle system. Desuden var feedbacken nogle gange ret langsom, men opgaven blev løst som planlagt, og vi kan nu arbejde med et velfungerende CRM med en masse nye muligheder.

Vi samarbejdede med Elixir om implementering og integration af HubSpot Marketing Automation med vores eksisterende CRM-løsning, og vi er meget tilfredse med resultatet. Projektet blev udført problemfrit, og deres ekspertise sikrede en problemfri integration og onboarding i HubSpot Marketing Hub.
