En 2024, nous avons fait appel à Anthony et Thomas d'Elixir pour 2 projets clés : la migration de Dynamics vers HubSpot, et la connexion entre HubSpot et Sage 100. L’objectif principal était de centraliser notre CRM, le suivi des contacts, la gestion des devis (via Sage), et la partie emailing, le tout dans un écosystème fluide. Thomas nous a accompagnés sur la migration des données, ainsi que sur la mise en place de workflows et d’une méthode simple pour visualiser les étapes client, gérer les relances, et structurer notre cycle commercial. Concernant Sage 100, nous souhaitions continuer à y générer nos devis commerciaux tout en assurant une synchronisation efficace avec HubSpot : création automatique des transactions, mais aussi envoi en un clic de nouvelles entreprises captées via nos sites depuis HubSpot vers Sage. Ce double projet a permis une nette amélioration du suivi d’activité et de la fluidité entre nos outils. Un grand merci à Thomas, Anthony et le reste de l'équpe Elixir pour leur accompagnement et leur parfaite maîtrise de l’environnement HubSpot !

Elixir helped us to implement a HubSpot based CRM, for a quite complex/elaborate Sales flow. The requirements were well detected by Elixir in the assessment phase. During the implementation, the Elixir team took the time to learn about our company and way of working and how best to format the product we are using today. A clear path of well timed milestones helped to keep the project on track. Communication was fine and direct. We would certainly recommand Elixir for HubSpot implementation.

After a lengthy evaluation, we decided in favour of HubSpot as our CRM. We came from SuperOffice and needed a partner who could take over the migration for us. Elixier fulfilled this task and we were able to transfer all the old data to the new system. At one point or another, we would have liked to have seen more examples of best practice, as we didn't just want to copy the old system. In addition, the feedback was sometimes rather slow, but the task was completed as schedule and we can now work with a functioning CRM with a lot of new possibilities.
