Implementazione di successo

Dopo una lunga valutazione, abbiamo deciso di scegliere HubSpot come CRM. Provenendo da SuperOffice, avevamo bisogno di un partner che si occupasse della migrazione. Elixier ha svolto questo compito e siamo riusciti a trasferire tutti i vecchi dati nel nuovo sistema. A un certo punto avremmo voluto vedere più esempi di best practice, perché non volevamo semplicemente copiare il vecchio sistema. Inoltre, il feedback è stato a volte piuttosto lento, ma il compito è stato portato a termine come previsto e ora possiamo lavorare con un CRM funzionante con molte nuove possibilità.
