Succesvolle implementatie

Na een lange evaluatie hebben we gekozen voor HubSpot als CRM. We kwamen van SuperOffice en hadden een partner nodig die de migratie voor ons kon overnemen. Elixier vervulde deze taak en we konden alle oude gegevens overzetten naar het nieuwe systeem. Op een gegeven moment hadden we graag meer voorbeelden van best practices gezien, omdat we niet alleen het oude systeem wilden kopiëren. Daarnaast verliep de terugkoppeling soms nogal traag, maar de taak werd volgens planning afgerond en we kunnen nu werken met een goed functionerend CRM met veel nieuwe mogelijkheden.

We werkten samen met Elixir voor de implementatie en integratie van HubSpot Marketing Automation met onze bestaande CRM-oplossing, en we zijn erg tevreden met het resultaat. Het project werd soepel uitgevoerd en hun expertise zorgde voor een naadloze integratie en onboarding in de HubSpot Marketing Hub.
