평가부터 1단계 구현까지 Elixir 팀은 시간을 들여 비즈니스에 대해 알아보고 현재 사용하고 있는 제품을 가장 잘 포맷하는 방법을 배웠습니다. 커뮤니케이션은 실질적이고 명확했습니다. 마일스톤 관리를 통해 계획대로 출시할 수 있었고 다음 단계로 넘어갈 때도 후속 지원이 계속되었습니다. 허브스팟 구현을 위해 엘릭서를 추천하게 되어 기쁩니다.

성공적인 구현

오랜 평가 끝에 저희는 HubSpot을 CRM으로 선택하기로 결정했습니다. SuperOffice를 사용하던 저희는 마이그레이션을 대행해 줄 파트너가 필요했습니다. Elixier가 이 작업을 수행해 주었고 이전 데이터를 모두 새 시스템으로 이전할 수 있었습니다. 이전 시스템을 단순히 복사하는 것이 아니었기 때문에 모범 사례의 예시를 더 많이 볼 수 있었으면 좋았을 텐데요. 또한 피드백이 다소 느릴 때도 있었지만 작업은 예정대로 완료되었고 이제 많은 새로운 가능성을 가진 제대로 작동하는 CRM으로 작업할 수 있게 되었습니다.
