Massive logic error makes the app virtually useless

First of all, I would like to briefly mention that we have identified Easybill as the only really useful invoicing software on the German market that can be considered for a SaaS company. Therefore, the inadequate app is a real problem. The reason for my poor rating is mainly that the HubSpot developers did not deal with Easybill and the resulting processes. This has resulted in a massive logic error. HubSpot distinguishes between natural persons (contacts) and legal entities (companies). Easybill, on the other hand, only recognizes customers and makes no distinction between natural persons and legal entities. However, the app now has the peculiarity that it can only synchronize contacts, products and invoices. This makes it virtually useless for a company in the B2B environment. And because the app also provides less than a third of the API fields available from Easybill and does not allow free mapping of the fields (not even in the Ops Professional license), it is not even possible to create workarounds. Side note: the Zapier integration, which was developed by Easybill itself, hardly helps either, as it can also only address just under half of its own API fields. If we didn't have our own developers who could write us a custom app, the lack of integration would have almost become a deal-breaker for HubSpot and Easybill.
