More Centralized and Structured Customer Management

Before we started working with SmartLinks, we weren’t using HubSpot, and our customer management wasn’t centralized. We lacked a structure that would allow us to better organize information, track each lead through the different stages of the process, and gain a clearer view of the team’s activity. With SmartLinks’ help, we’ve centralized our information and structured our processes. Today, the platform is an integral part of the team’s daily routine, allowing us to track the progress of our contacts in a more organized way and access information relevant to managing our operations. SmartLinks supported us throughout the implementation and adaptation to the platform, helping us clarify questions and translate some of our operational needs into solutions within HubSpot. This support was especially important during the initial setup of our processes and whenever we needed to review or adjust certain features to fit our company’s specific needs.
