As we operated HubSpot, the number of workflows we had created in the past was growing and approaching the maximum number in our current plan. In addition, traffic source data was scattered across various properties, requiring data backtracking to accurately mark lead acquisition paths. StartLink Inc. assisted us in building/implementing workflow integration logic to address the above issues. This not only avoided the workflow limit, but also reduced the operational burden by eliminating the need to create individual workflows in the future. In addition, new properties (utm, etc.) were designed for the scattered traffic source data, and data retrospectives were implemented for contact and transaction data. It is now possible to accurately identify which leads were acquired through which channels, including past data. In addition to the technical implementation, the project was promoted smoothly with support for reviewing the MQL determination logic and organizing the operational flow, with a view to actual operation.
We had been operating SFA using Matsuka Seris, but decided to migrate to HubSpot for the purpose of centralized management of sales data and to build a more scalable CRM infrastructure. Since this was the initial introduction of HubSpot, we asked StartLink Inc. to support us with the introduction of HubSpot, including confirmation of the operation method and data migration. In the migration project, in addition to migrating sales data from Matsuri Caseris, StartLink supported us in designing transaction stages that fit our sales flow and in developing a basic structure as an SFA. We had to get used to HubSpot when we first implemented it, but as we use it on a daily basis, we are gradually becoming more familiar with the screens and operational flow. Now that we have completed the initial construction of the reporting and target management functions, we intend to visualize our sales activities and establish organizational operations in the future. Although we had been using CRM with Salesforce, we decided to migrate to HubSpot's Enterprise plan for cost advantages and a more flexible "lead management" mechanism. In order to implement the migration project, we asked StartLink Inc. to provide implementation support. We feel that we were able to customize the system to fit our business model by designing new transaction management stages and cleansing unnecessary data as we migrated from Salesforce. We have already started using lead management/campaign management in our seminars, and we would like to operate CRM systematically in HubSpot in the future, including authority management as we increase the number of members.
