Sync data between Copper (Prosperworks) and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Copper and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Functies
Sync Copper and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing opportunities, companies, people & leads between HubSpot and Copper (Prosperworks). When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or up. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Easy to use and did what I hoped
Made the migration process smooth. We made sure to but the Data Operations Starter package so all custom fields could be mapped between the systems. Interface was easy to use, and there were only minor confusions along the way which were easily resolved.
We used this tool to migrate data from Copper to HubSpot and maintain data in both systems during the transistion
Bi-directional data in both systems for the key objects we use.
It was not possible to export activities like emails from Copper to HubSpot, so that context has been lost.

Good app for importing Copper data to HubSpot
The integration works well for what it does. It's customizable and syncs data as described. I'd love to see this app expose data such as API rate limits and usage in order to understand how to improve sync speed. The app can only sync 1 record type at a time. Sometimes it gets stuck syncing 1 record type (e.g. contacts) for multiple hours, preventing the sync of other object types (e.g. deals). It's unclear if the speed of sync is limited by HubSpot or Copper API rate limits.
We're using Copper as our source CRM, and using this integration to facilitate a migration of our CRM from Copper to HubSpot.
