This integration connects HubSpot Tickets with Linear Issues to streamline collaboration between customer-facing and product teams. When installed, the app can access and sync the following data:

  • HubSpot CRM Data – Ticket details, properties, and associated contact/company information needed to create or link issues.

  • Tickets – Ability to view, create, update, or delete HubSpot tickets and link them with Linear issues.

  • Workflows – Use HubSpot workflows to trigger the creation or linking of Linear issues, or to take action based on issue status changes.

  • Sequences (Optional) – Limited access to enrollments and sequence data if workflow actions or triggers reference them.

  • Account Information – Basic details about the HubSpot account (primary domain, user emails) required for authentication and setup.

Linear Data – Issue details such as title, description, status, assignee, project, and comments are mirrored back into HubSpot for visibility.

All OAuth tokens and synced data are stored securely, with encryption and least-privilege access, ensuring both systems stay aligned while protecting your data.
