저는 2024년 6월에 회사에서 HubSpot을 구현하기 위해 이 회사의 서비스를 계약했습니다. 16개월이 지난 지금도 프로젝트는 아직 완료되지 않았습니다. 이 기간 동안 회의가 막판에 취소되고 담당 팀의 설명할 수 없는 결석이 발생하는 등 분명 불만족스러운 경험이 있었습니다. 이미 비용을 지불한 작업에 대한 진전을 계속 주장해야 했기 때문에 이러한 약속의 부족은 큰 좌절감으로 이어졌습니다. 한 달이 넘도록 회사는 우리의 요청에 응답하지 않았고 프로젝트를 재개할 의지도 보이지 않았습니다. 이러한 태도는 전문 공급업체로서 전혀 어울리지 않으며 신뢰성에 의문을 제기합니다.

1개만 필요한데 2개의 라이선스를 청구하는 회사에는 만족할 수 없습니다. 저는 2년 전에 디지털 키트를 이용하기 위해 HubSpot을 고용했습니다. 그런데 문제의 에이전트는 디지털 키트에 대해 최대 금액을 청구하기 위해 2개의 라이선스를 청구했습니다. 저는 2년 동안 2개의 라이선스 비용을 지불해 왔으며, 2년 동안 자영업자로서 1개 이상의 라이선스가 필요했고 할당된 2개가 필요하지 않았기 때문에 2개의 라이선스 비용을 지불했습니다. 이제 라이선스를 1개로 전환해 달라고 요청했지만 허용하지 않습니다. 그들은 제가 올해 비용을 지불해야 한다고 말하며 그렇게 하겠다고 합니다. 이런 식으로 진행하는 것은 매우 비윤리적인 것 같습니다. 또한 제 계정과 결제를 차단해 버렸고 저는 아무것도 할 수 없습니다. 어쨌든 제 리드와 연락처를 내보낼 수 있게 해준 다음 대화를 나눌 수 있어야 합니다. 이는 매우 비윤리적인 방식입니다. 또한 HubSpot을 통해 웹사이트를 만들려고 했지만 제가 원했던 것과는 다른 지원을 받았습니다. 그들은 제가 Hixe Foxter 웹 사이트를 만들기 위해 그들을 고용하지 않는 한 더 이상 저를 지원하고 싶지 않았습니다.

Si hubiera 6 estrellas se las daríamos. Unos meses después de haber empezado esta aventura, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento para todo el equipo de Hike&Foxter. En especial para Sara, nuestra consultora: Por su profesionalidad, por hacerlo todo tan fácil y organizado, por preocuparse en entender de principio a fin las particularidades de nuestra empresa y ayudarnos a aterrizarlo, por adaptarse a las velocidades que nosotros podíamos asumir en cada momento....Pero sobre todo, por su paciencia en ayudarnos a satisfacer los requerimientos de todos los equipos implicados en el proyecto (que no eran pocos y tampoco sencillos). Excellent service

Our experience with Hike & Fox has been good overall. Eric and his team have been very proactive and helpful, and working with sara has been the cherry on top of the cake. Her willingness to help, attention to detail and knowledge of HubSpot, have helped us to achieve things in the implementation with HubSpot that we thought would be almost impossible. She is always thinking out of the box and even when we came with something that we thought it was more of a wish, rather than a real possibility, she managed to find a work around to get it done. I would recommend Hike and Fox to any company looking for a partner in CRM implementation.

Great communication and good work
