糟糕的经历

我于 2024 年 6 月与这家公司签订了服务合同，在我的公司实施 HubSpot。如今，16 个多月过去了，项目仍未完成。 在此期间，我们的体验显然不能令人满意：会议在最后一刻被取消，负责团队无故缺席。一个多月来，该公司对我们的要求没有任何回应，也没有恢复项目的意向。这种态度完全不符合专业供应商的要求，也让人怀疑他们的可靠性。

如果一家公司向我收取两个许可证的费用，而我只需要一个许可证，我是不会满意的。

我两年前使用 HubSpot 的数字工具包，但该公司却向我收取了 2 个许可证的费用。而相关代理商却向我收取了 2 个许可证的费用，这样他就可以向我收取数字套件的最高费用。我支付 2 个许可证的费用已经有 2 年了，在这 2 年中，我支付了 2 个许可证的费用，但我需要的不止 1 个，因为我是自营职业者，从来没有需要过分配给我的 2 个许可证。现在我要求他们给我换成一个许可证，但他们不同意。他们告诉我，我必须先支付今年的费用，然后我们再办理。我觉得这样做很不道德。此外，他们封锁了我的账户和发票，我对此无能为力。无论如何，他们应该让我导出我的客户和联系人，然后我们再谈。这种做法非常不道德。我还想补充一点，我曾尝试用 HubSpot 创建我的网站，但他们提供的支持与我的要求不符。他们不想再支持我了，除非我雇他们来做我的网站 Hixe Foxter。

En especial para Sara, nuestra consultora: Por su profesionalidad, por hacerlo todo tan fácil y organizado, por preocuparse en entender de principio a fin las particularidades de nuestra empresa y ayudarnos a aterrizarlo, por adaptarse a las velocidades que nosotros podíamos asumir en cada momento....Pero sobre todo, por su paciencia en ayudarnos a satisfacer los requerimientos de todos los equipos implicados en el proyecto (que no eran pocos y tampoco sencillos). Excellent service

Our experience with Hike & Fox has been good overall. Eric and his team have been very proactive and helpful, and working with sara has been the cherry on top of the cake. Her willingness to help, attention to detail and knowledge of HubSpot, have helped us to achieve things in the implementation with HubSpot that we thought would be almost impossible. She is always thinking out of the box and even when we came with something that we thought it was more of a wish, rather than a real possibility, she managed to find a work around to get it done. I would recommend Hike and Fox to any company looking for a partner in CRM implementation.

Great communication and good work
