Slechte ervaring

Ik heb dit bedrijf in juni 2024 ingehuurd voor de implementatie van HubSpot in mijn bedrijf. Vandaag, meer dan 16 maanden later, is het project nog steeds niet afgerond. Gedurende deze tijd was de ervaring duidelijk onbevredigend: vergaderingen werden op het laatste moment afgezegd en er was sprake van onverklaarbare afwezigheid van het verantwoordelijke team. Dit gebrek aan betrokkenheid heeft tot grote frustratie geleid, omdat we er voortdurend op hebben moeten aandringen dat er vooruitgang werd geboekt met het werk waarvoor al was betaald. Het bedrijf heeft nu al meer dan een maand niet gereageerd op onze verzoeken en heeft geen enkele intentie getoond om het project te hervatten. Deze houding is totaal ongepast voor een professionele leverancier en roept twijfels op over hun betrouwbaarheid.

Ik kan niet blij zijn met een bedrijf dat me 2 licenties aanrekent terwijl ik er maar 1 nodig heb. Ik heb HubSpot 2 jaar geleden ingehuurd om gebruik te maken van de digitale kit. En de agent in kwestie heeft me 2 licenties in rekening gebracht zodat hij me het maximale voor de digitale kit in rekening kon brengen. Ik betaal nu al 2 jaar voor 2 licenties en heb er meer dan 1 nodig, omdat ik zelfstandige ben en de 2 die mij zijn toegewezen nooit nodig heb gehad. Nu heb ik ze gevraagd om me om te schakelen naar 1 licentie en dat laten ze niet toe. Ze zeggen me dat ik dit jaar moet betalen en dan doen we het. Het lijkt me erg onethisch om op deze manier te werk te gaan. Ze hebben ook mijn account en facturering geblokkeerd en ik kan er niets aan doen. In ieder geval moeten ze me mijn leads en contacten laten exporteren en dan kunnen we praten. Het is een zeer onethische manier van doen. Ik wil ook graag toevoegen dat ik heb geprobeerd mijn website te maken met HubSpot; maar de ondersteuning was niet wat ik nodig had. Ze wilden me niet meer ondersteunen, tenzij ik ze inhuurde om mijn website Hixe Foxter te maken.

Si hubiera 6 estrellas se las daríamos. Unos meses después de haber empezado esta aventura, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento para todo el equipo de Hike&Foxter. En especial para Sara, nuestra consultora: Por su profesionalidad, por hacerlo todo tan fácil y organizado, por preocuparse en entender de principio a fin las particularidades de nuestra empresa y ayudarnos a aterrizarlo, por adaptarse a las velocidades que nosotros podíamos asumir en cada momento....Pero sobre todo, por su paciencia en ayudarnos a satisfacer los requerimientos de todos los equipos implicados en el proyecto (que no eran pocos y tampoco sencillos). Excellent service

Our experience with Hike & Fox has been good overall. Eric and his team have been very proactive and helpful, and working with sara has been the cherry on top of the cake. Her willingness to help, attention to detail and knowledge of HubSpot, have helped us to achieve things in the implementation with HubSpot that we thought would be almost impossible. She is always thinking out of the box and even when we came with something that we thought it was more of a wish, rather than a real possibility, she managed to find a work around to get it done. I would recommend Hike and Fox to any company looking for a partner in CRM implementation.
