Bad experience

I hired the services of this company in June 2024 for the implementation of HubSpot in my company. Today, more than 16 months later, the project is still unfinished. During this time, the experience has been clearly unsatisfactory: meetings have been cancelled at the last minute and there have been unexplained absences of the responsible team. This lack of commitment has generated great frustration, as we have had to constantly insist that progress be made on work that has already been paid for. For more than a month now, the company has not responded to our requests or shown any intention of resuming the project. This attitude is totally unbecoming of a professional supplier and calls into question their reliability.

I can't be happy with a company that charges me 2 licenses when I only need 1. I hired HubSpot 2 years ago taking advantage of the digital kit. And the agent in question charged me for 2 licenses so he could this, charge the maximum for the Digital Kit. I've been paying for 2 licenses for 2 years now, needing more than 1, since I'm self-employed and have never needed the 2 I have assigned. Now I have asked them to switch me to 1 license and they won't let me. They tell me that I have to pay this year and then we will do it. It seems to me very unethical to proceed in this way. In addition they have blocked my account and billing and I can not do anything. In any case, let me export my leads and contacts and then we will talk. It is a very unethical way to act, I repeat. I would also like to add that I tried to make my website with HubSpot; but the support was not what I required. They didn't want to support me anymore, unless I hired them to make the website Hixe Foxter.

En especial para Sara, nuestra consultora: Por su profesionalidad, por hacerlo todo tan fácil y organizado, por preocuparse en entender de principio a fin las particularidades de nuestra empresa y ayudarnos a aterrizarlo, por adaptarse a las velocidades que nosotros podíamos asumir en cada momento....Pero sobre todo, por su paciencia en ayudarnos a satisfacer los requerimientos de todos los equipos implicados en el proyecto (que no eran pocos y tampoco sencillos). Excellent service

Our experience with Hike & Fox has been good overall. Eric and his team have been very proactive and helpful, and working with sara has been the cherry on top of the cake. Her willingness to help, attention to detail and knowledge of HubSpot, have helped us to achieve things in the implementation with HubSpot that we thought would be almost impossible. She is always thinking out of the box and even when we came with something that we thought it was more of a wish, rather than a real possibility, she managed to find a work around to get it done.
