When someone fills out a survey you’ve synced with HubSpot, you'll see a SurveyMonkey response on that contact's timeline. If the person filling out the survey is not yet in your database, a new contact will be automatically created for you.

Fast integration but limited email customization hurts branding and data sync capabilities
Integrating SuveryMonkey and HubSpot was very fast/easy.
Easy to connect, no issue creating a workflow and designing an email to link to a SurveyMonkey survey.
The main drawback is that SurveyMonkey doesn't let you customize the survey email that can be triggered from HubSpot. So we need to create an email in HubSpot and use a link. But that prevents some of the data sync that would be helpful. Ideally, it'd be great if SurveyMonkey let you customize that email (it comes out looking like a green SurveyMonkey email, not branded for our business -- plus easily stuck in Spam filters). We have a workaround, but not ideal.
