Works perfectly and fills the gaps HubSpot couldn't handle with excellent AI chatbot features, though missing automatic ticket creation
Working like a charm and offers some advanced support functionality that we weren't able to get directly through HubSpot.

Poor integration creates messy HubSpot logs with fragmented conversations instead of organized threads
The logging of Intercom conversations in HubSpot makes no sense. Each message is logged as a separate message instead of as a thread. Very noisy.
