We worked with Massive Art to implement HubSpot to create a structured and efficient request management system for our event inquiries - and I can highly recommend the collaboration. Our goal was to record incoming requests for company parties, incentives and other events cleanly, forward them efficiently and keep all customer data centrally in one place in the system. Massive Art has not only fulfilled these requirements, but also improved our internal processes in the long term. We were particularly impressed by how smoothly the forwarding of customer inquiries via HubSpot works and how clearly the inquiry pipeline is structured. This not only allows us to process inquiries faster, but also to work with customer data in the long term - whether for re-engagement campaigns or for better management of existing contacts. Another big plus point was the integration of the proposal creation process: our partner companies can submit their proposals directly via HubSpot, which greatly simplifies and accelerates the entire process from the inquiry to the individual proposal creation. massive art has also provided us with several Loom videos for onboarding, which have been very well received by our partner companies. They enable quick self-study, are perfect for new employees and help us not to lose any information in the event of absences or changes. All in all, a consistently functioning, efficient and modern process has been set up for us - "smooth" really is the perfect word.
