We have been receiving support for strengthening collaboration between marketing and sales, mainly through HubSpot implementation and operational support. We used to manage our sales activities in EXCEL, but now that the information has been consolidated in HubSpot, we have been able to build a foundation for implementing the PDCA cycle of analysis and strategy. We are very grateful to HubSpot because they are very attentive to our needs, even when we have a limited budget, and they are able to make proposals to help us achieve what we want even with a limited budget. We have been able to operate the system without stress because of the prompt responses to our daily questions.

They have been very helpful in providing detailed support in specialized areas such as report writing and segment design. Even when we don't understand something, they explain it in a way that is very easy to understand at each web conference, so we can consult with them without worry. They also prepare manuals as needed, so we can smoothly share them within the company.
