Mike and the RevOdyssey team have done a brilliant job helping us to onboard multiple teams into HubSpot Help Desk! The amount of experience and knowledge with HubSpot is very impressive; whenever we had a query they were very quickly able to point us in the right direction, and provide video instructions if needed. We organised weekly calls to keep on to of our project and raise any issues. They record the calls and send out an email link so you can always go back to review any actions or answers etc. The team are very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help, with a smile! Their explanations of HubSpot features are very user friendly, so no matter the user skill level, everyone can understand. We have multiple teams involved in the onboarding of Help Desk, with many staff members having questions or specific ideas. Mike, Joe and the team were happy to listen to these requests and take feedback form everyone, this was invaluable as most of the staff involved were not familiar with using a CRM or Ticket system. I suspect that without this help from RevOdyssey it would have taken double or triple the time to get everyone up and running.
