Great experience

We have had a great experience with Mike, James, Jacob and Lorena helping us navigate a complex situation. The whole team were thorough and have since gone above and beyond with helping us get the most out of HubSpot.

Fantastic Experience

Mike and the RevOdyssey team have done a brilliant job helping us to onboard multiple teams into HubSpot Help Desk! The amount of experience and knowledge with HubSpot is very impressive; whenever we had a query they were very quickly able to point us in the right direction, and provide video instructions if needed. We organised weekly calls to keep on to of our project and raise any issues. They record the calls and send out an email link so you can always go back to review any actions or answers etc. The team are very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help, with a smile! Their explanations of HubSpot features are very user friendly, so no matter the user skill level, everyone can understand. We have multiple teams involved in the onboarding of Help Desk, with many staff members having questions or specific ideas. Mike, Joe and the team were happy to listen to these requests and take feedback form everyone, this was invaluable as most of the staff involved were not familiar with using a CRM or Ticket system. I suspect that without this help from RevOdyssey it would have taken double or triple the time to get everyone up and running. What an amazing service and team, we will be using their services again for support. Thanks to all of RevOdyssey, you guys are legends!

Top Notch

Mike and the team have been exceptional and very pro-active in getting our brewery set up and integrated with our brewery software to ensure Account Managers have full visibility of their customer base. Mike's built a custom API in order to make that happen! The onboarding support has been thorough and ensured all users are trained to utilise the software as efficient and possible to drive more sales for our business and this wouldn't be possible without Rev Odyssey support.

Mike and his team were great from start to finish, and ultimately, we wouldn't have followed through using HubSpot without their onboarding programme. The work Mike has done has been nothing short of phenomenal given our dependency on excel sheets, and now we well oiled and far more efficient at tracking our sales. The partnership wasn't over when our onboarding was complete, there has been regular follow ups and support, and questions answered without fail. I cannot recommend Mike and RevOdyssey enough.
