Great tool with extensive options and solid Sharepoint integration, but limited customization and high costs for heavy automation users
Great tool, with a lot of options
+ Support + Good connection with Sharepoint + A lot of options
- Costs are based on the number of automations you use. If you need many documents from a client, the costs can be high. - The customization options are limited, and translation isn’t available (only English is supported)

Excellent automation tool with outstanding customer support and lightning-fast onboarding
Cloudfiles is a great tool, the team is very supportive and always available to jump on a call. Offers great features and helped our team automate a lot of Customer Operations. Shaunak in particular was really helpful, helped guide and onboard our team in record time.
