Großartiger Start, aber Audioprobleme nach der HubSpot-Integration machen die Hälfte meiner Anrufe unbrauchbar

Am Anfang waren alle Anrufe korrekt und wurden gut gewählt. Nachdem ich HubSpot heruntergeladen hatte, gab es Fehler. Ich habe bei 50 % meiner Anrufe keinen Ton.

Die jüngste Integrationsaktualisierung hat die automatische Protokollierungsfunktion ruiniert und macht die Verwaltung von Cold Calls zu einem manuellen Albtraum.

Früher funktionierte es großartig, dann hat Dialpad die Integration kürzlich aktualisiert und es ist schrecklich. Dialpad hat früher Anrufe bei HubSpot automatisch protokolliert. Jetzt werden Anrufe bei Dialpad nicht mehr automatisch protokolliert. Ich habe mich an den Support gewandt, und man hat mir bestätigt, dass es sich um eine Design-Entscheidung handelt und nur Anrufe, die mit Tickets verbunden sind, automatisch protokolliert werden - oder Anrufe, die mit einem bereits bestehenden Kontakt verbunden sind. Wir führen viele Kaltakquise-Anrufe durch, und jetzt haben wir eine Menge Arbeit, um Anrufe manuell zu protokollieren. Der Dialpad-Support hat mir mitgeteilt, dass dies in Zukunft so funktionieren wird.

Sie haben Recht, dass wir zuvor das Verhalten so geändert haben, dass Anrufe nur dann protokolliert werden, wenn sie mit einem bestehenden Kontakt oder Ticket verknüpft sind. Vor einigen Monaten haben wir damit begonnen, Anrufe auch dann zu protokollieren, wenn es keinen passenden Kontakt gibt, und in einem kommenden Build werden Sie auch konfigurieren können, wann Dialpad automatisch einen neuen Kontakt erstellen soll. Wenn Sie Ihre HubSpot-Workspace-ID und Ihre Dialpad-Account-E-Mail an hubspot@dialpad.com senden, werden wir Ihren Account untersuchen und Ihnen einige konkrete Optionen anbieten, um die Anrufprotokollierung zu beheben und die Erfahrung für Ihr Team zu verbessern.
