Ótimas transcrições e acessibilidade, mas grandes problemas de sincronização de contatos com a HubSpot tornam o uso do departamento frustrante
Gostamos muito do Dialpad na maior parte do tempo, mas às vezes pode ser difícil usá-lo como um departamento e garantir que todas as chamadas sejam feitas pela linha principal
Fácil de usar, pode ser acessado de qualquer lugar. Gosto do fato de você poder ver as transcrições. Parece que a maior parte vai para a HubSpot facilmente
Não é possível atualizar o nome do contato no Dialpad para que ele também seja atualizado no HubSpot, ou vice-versa. Não poder atualizar facilmente as informações de contato e transferi-las para frente e para trás entre o Dialpad e o HubSpot é uma grande desvantagem.
