Great transcripts and accessibility but major contact syncing issues with HubSpot make it frustrating for department use

We really like Dialpad for the most part, but sometimes it can be difficult to use as a department, and making sure all calls go out through the main line

What do you like?

Easy to use, can access from anywhere. I like that you can see transcripts. It seems to mostly go to HubSpot easily

What do you dislike?

You cant update contact name in Dialpad to then be updated in HubSpot as well, or vice versa. Not being able to easily update contact information and it transfer back and forth between Dialpad and HubSpot is a huge disadvantage.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you find Dialpad easy to use and value the transcripts and accessibility, along with basic call logging to HubSpot. We understand your frustration with the contact syncing. This is a known issue we are actively addressing. We plan to launch an early adopter program for contact syncing later this month. Are you interested in joining it? Could you please provide more detail about the challenge of ensuring all departmental calls go out through the main line? This information will help us investigate. HubSpot連携は追加費用がかかる上にUIが使いにくく期待外れ、サポートは親切だが別々に使った方がまし

HubSpot側で発信するには、HubSpot、Dialpad両方で上位プランの有償契約が追加で必要。HubSpot側の発信UIは非常にわかりにくく、大変使いにくい。これなら別々に使った方がまし。

Dialpadのサポートチームとても親切だった

What do you dislike?

HubSpot使ってるので、HubSpot側から電話発信したいと思うが、連携には双方に追加費用がかかる。連携設定したとしても、HubSpot側から発信すると、Dialpadの画面が複数立ち上がり、どの画面をアクティブにしないといけないか判別つかない。架電が終わっても、HubSpot側の行動アクティビティは自動で書き換わらないので、ブラウザのリフレッシュが必要。期待していたことと、できることの差が大きすぎるので、連携利用は勧めない。

We sincerely regret to learn that your experience with the Dialpad-HubSpot integration has been unsatisfactory. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and would like to provide formal clarification. Firstly, there is no additional cost to utilize the Dialpad-HubSpot integration itself; use is only contingent upon being subscribed to the Dialpad Pro plan or higher. We acknowledge that the requirement for multiple windows during calls has caused confusion. This design is enforced by HubSpot, with one window necessary for audio transmission and the embedded window specifically utilized for call logging and activity tracking. While we work to keep both screens synchronized, we understand the complexity and are currently developing a revised user interface (UI) aimed at simplifying this experience. Regarding activity logging, the system automatically logs the activity post-call if the HubSpot contact is successfully matched with a corresponding Dialpad contact. When a contact is unmatched, the activity is currently not logged. However, we are actively developing a feature that will guarantee call logging in all instances, even when a contact is unmatched. We anticipate these key updates will be available within the next couple of months. We are fully committed to collaborating with you to ensure the integration meets your operational needs.
