Great transcripts and accessibility but major contact syncing issues with HubSpot make it frustrating for department use

We really like Dialpad for the most part, but sometimes it can be difficult to use as a department, and making sure all calls go out through the main line

Easy to use, can access from anywhere. I like that you can see transcripts. It seems to mostly go to HubSpot easily

You cant update contact name in Dialpad to then be updated in HubSpot as well, or vice versa. Not being able to easily update contact information and it transfer back and forth between Dialpad and HubSpot is a huge disadvantage.

We understand your frustration with the contact syncing. This is a known issue we are actively addressing. We plan to launch an early adopter program for contact syncing later this month.
