素晴らしいトランスクリプトとアクセシビリティですが、HubSpotとの連絡先同期に大きな問題があるため、部署での使用には不満が残ります。
ダイヤルパッドはとても気に入っていますが、部署として使うには難しいこともあります。
使いやすく、どこからでもアクセスできる。トランスクリプトが見られるのがいい。ほとんどの場合、HubSpotに簡単に送信できるようです。
Dialpadで連絡先の名前を更新してHubSpotでも同様に更新したり、その逆もできません。連絡先情報を簡単に更新できず、DialpadとHubSpotを行き来できないのは大きなデメリットです。
