Really disappointing
This integration is very basic. There is some syncing of contacts and messages, but you can't manually associate things with deals, companies, etc. You can't take advantage of tagging emails to view interactions. The data that is shown in HelpScout is very minimal. Overall, it's really disappointing.
We were on HelpScout before we started with HubSpot. We use HelpScout as shared inboxes for sales, customer support, and everything else.

Fonctionnalités très limitées
Honnêtement, je suis déçu par cette intégration. Seul l'email initial se synchronise avec HubSpot, et la conversation correspondante ne se synchronise pas. Cela va à l'encontre de l'objectif d'intégration de l'email avec le CRM.
