Really disappointing
This integration is very basic. There is some syncing of contacts and messages, but you can't manually associate things with deals, companies, etc. You can't take advantage of tagging emails to view interactions. The data that is shown in HelpScout is very minimal. Overall, it's really disappointing.
We were on HelpScout before we started with HubSpot. We use HelpScout as shared inboxes for sales, customer support, and everything else.

정말 제한된 기능
솔직히 이 통합 기능에 실망했습니다. 초기 이메일만 HubSpot에 동기화되고 해당 대화는 동기화되지 않습니다. 이메일과 CRM을 통합하는 목적에 맞지 않습니다.
