Really disappointing
This integration is very basic. There is some syncing of contacts and messages, but you can't manually associate things with deals, companies, etc. You can't take advantage of tagging emails to view interactions. The data that is shown in HelpScout is very minimal. Overall, it's really disappointing.
We were on HelpScout before we started with HubSpot. We use HelpScout as shared inboxes for sales, customer support, and everything else.

Funzionalità davvero limitate
Sinceramente, sono deluso da questa integrazione. Solo l'e-mail iniziale viene sincronizzata con HubSpot, mentre la conversazione corrispondente non viene sincronizzata. Vanifica l'obiettivo di integrare le e-mail con il CRM.
