Really disappointing
This integration is very basic. There is some syncing of contacts and messages, but you can't manually associate things with deals, companies, etc. You can't take advantage of tagging emails to view interactions. The data that is shown in HelpScout is very minimal. Overall, it's really disappointing.
We were on HelpScout before we started with HubSpot. We use HelpScout as shared inboxes for sales, customer support, and everything else.

Virkelig begrænset funktionalitet
Jeg er ærligt talt skuffet over denne integration. Kun den første e-mail synkroniseres til HubSpot, og den tilsvarende samtale synkroniseres ikke. Det ødelægger formålet med at integrere e-mail med CRM.
