불안정한 동기화 및 제한된 기능으로 통합이 원활하지 않으면 가치가 거의 없습니다.
쓸모없는 통합 기능입니다. 모든 티켓 업데이트는 새 노트로 만들어지며 이를 변경할 방법이 없습니다. 더 나은 구현은 HappyFox 티켓이 티켓 개체에 동기화되고 HappyFox 티켓의 활동이 HubSpot 티켓의 활동에 추가되도록 하는 것입니다. 보고하기가 거의 불가능합니다. 또한 HappyFox에 동기화된 데이터는 어떤 방식으로도 실행할 수 없으므로 HappyFox의 HubSpot 앱에서 HappyFox의 다른 필드로 데이터를 캡처할 수 있는 방법이 없습니다.

Very good integration
Happyfox is working very well. It is a feature-rich product. One of the main criteria in selecting Happyfox to work with HubSpot was the two-way sync integration. None of the other helpdesk providers I found was able to provide such integration, as it usually is only a one-way sync.
