Poor Integration with Unreliable Syncing and Limited Functionality Provides Little Value

Pretty useless integration. All ticket updates are created as new notes, and there's no way to change that. A better implementation would have the HappyFox tickets sync to Ticket objects, and the activity in the HappyFox ticket would be added to the activity in the HubSpot Ticket. It's near impossible to report on. Also, the data that is synced to HappyFox is not actionable in any way, as in there's no way to capture the data from the HubSpot app in Happyfox to another field in Happyfox.

There's visibility of activity, I guess.

The functionality is basic to the point of being useless. We have over 4,000 customers and a new note created for every interaction on every ticket is ridiculous. On top of that, the app turned itself off numerous times over the course of 6 months.

Very good integration

Happyfox is working very well. It is a feature-rich product. One of the main criteria in selecting Happyfox to work with HubSpot was the two-way sync integration. None of the other helpdesk providers I found was able to provide such integration, as it usually is only a one-way sync.
