We chose to enhance our existing HubSpot implementation. This involved the implementation of customized workflow management for marketing leads, sales opportunities, and implementation projects. Additionally, we migrated from Microsoft to Google for email and documentation management, implemented ancillary software serving specific purposes (lead generation, field service management) with direct integration to HubSpot which enabled us to remove software solutions that were not connected to one another in any way.
